We have a strong fraud prevention with International Orders, all orders from the US are address verified
and the goods are send only to the card holder address and the shipment is
signed at the receipt.
Shipping:
All orders are sent by FedEx International Priority Service at our discounted price.
The Fedex shipment fee is:

This shipment fee is not per item, it is up to 1 lbs. in weight, so if you are ordering multiple items it may be the same price.
Important:
For FedEx shipments please make sure you DO NOT have a signature release on file with them. If you have such a release, delivery is deemed complete once they drop the shipment at your
property and all insurance against loss ceases if the package is stolen inside your property.
Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express,
payments by PayPal or bank to bank transfer.
We are PayPal verified merchants.
Credit Card and PayPal payments will be shipped ONLY to the
billing confirmed address.
If someone else is paying for you, they are the customers and the order must be sent to his/her registered address.
To make your payment just check your shopping cart to see your total or click over the "Click here to pay" Paypal logo for custom work payments or for items not listed in the site.
In the payment form you will find a blank space to specify your ring size and any other comment, anyway I will contact you by email after your payment to make sure that your order is very clear before starting your work.
Please outside America don't forget to add the extra shipping charges, here you will find the Fedex cost by zones, in the order is an automatic charge for America only.

Return Policy:
The Van Graff simulated diamond is packed in a plastic sealed certificate
that allows you to inspect the stone with a loupe or microscope and
with a Hearts & Arrows scope, you have a 15 days period to return your Van Graff if the
certificate is not violated.
The Van Graff diamond simulants have a life time warranty against breaks, chips, scratches and any change of color.
Jewelry Orders:
Custom projects are non-returnable and they must be paid in full before the work is done, I bend backwards to satisfy my customers, making a one of a kind custom work is a lot of work and if it is done to your specifications the work is yours.

For domestic jewelry orders may be made within 15 days of product delivered. All returned merchandise must be in new original condition and original packing materials to receive a full refund.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise that is wear and scratched.
For jewelry orders outside the country all the sales are final, returns are not allowed by the customs without paying import duties.
